The App serves two types of users: customers, who place and track shipment orders, and delivery assistants / staff, who process, pick up, and deliver those orders. This policy applies to both.

Device Permissions We Use

The ATGC App requests the following device permissions only to provide its core features. Permissions are requested at the time the feature is used, and you may decline or later revoke them from your device settings (some features may then be unavailable).

Camera — to scan shipment AWB/barcode labels and to capture proof-of-delivery photos and KYC documents.
Photos / Media / Storage — to let you select and upload images (such as KYC documents, signatures, or delivery proof) from your device.
Notifications — to send you order confirmations, shipment status, and delivery updates via push notifications.

The App does not collect your device location. Camera and photo access is used solely for the features above and images are not accessed in the background.
